You just need to enter your parkrun ID (the number beneath your barcode) and connect:

Please note:

• You can disconnect this app from Strava at any time. It will disconnect automatically after 12 months of inactivity.
• The only data we store is your parkrun ID, the date of your most recent run and a temporary Strava access token - see our full Privacy Policy for details
• This site is not affiliated with parkrun itself (though I am a keen parkrunner!)
