You just need to enter your parkrun ID (the number beneath your barcode) and connect:

You can disconnect this app from Strava at any time. It will disconnect automatically after 12 months of inactivity.
The only data we store is your parkrun ID, the date of your most recent run and a temporary Strava access token - see our full Privacy Policy for details
